Abstract

Reporting and monitoring of Dance Student Activity Unit (UKM) activities at LIA University has been done manually, unstructured, and does not support fast and accurate decision making. This study developed a web-based Dance UKM activity reporting monitoring application by implementing the LOG Method (Logging-Oriented Governance), an integrated approach that focuses on activity log recording, structured evaluation, and data governance to improve system effectiveness. The application was tested using black-box procedures and user satisfaction surveys. The functional test results showed a reliability level of the main function ≥ 90% and a user satisfaction level ≥ 4.2 on a scale of 1–5, indicating that this application is suitable for use in an academic environment. Implementation of the LOG Method significantly improves the traceability of reporting data and supports management in evaluating UKM activities in real-time
